Interview with Rajesh from Fun With Puzzles

We had an opportunity to get in touch with a blogger, Rajesh Kumar who runs his blog Fun With Puzzles.

Rajesh is a Puzzler and Puzzle creator who has won Indian National Puzzle Championship five times in the year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009. He has represented India at more than 10 World Sudoku/Puzzle Championship

On his blog, he presents various puzzles and riddles for the users to solve.

Tell us about your blog

Rajesh:

I love to create puzzles, brainteasers, riddles and Sudoku. This blog contains some of my puzzle creations.

Sonika:

What made you start your own blog? Tell us your story behind it.

Rajesh:

This is my love for solving and creating puzzles which made me start this blog.

Sonika:

What makes you happiest as a blogger?

Rajesh:

Creating the content which you love makes me happy as blogger.

Sonika:

What are the future plans for your blog?

Rajesh:

I want to make this blog as best puzzle blog in the world.

Sonika:

What was your biggest challenge as a blogger?

Rajesh:

Blogging is a lonely journey. The biggest challenge for a blogger is to get the audience for your content.

Sonika:

How do you drive traffic to your blog?

Rajesh:

Most of the traffic to my blog comes from Google Search queries.

Sonika:

If you started all over again, what mistake would you avoid?

Rajesh:

Patience is very much required. Please note that for the first few years you cannot earn anything from your blog. Leaving your blog in-between could be your biggest mistake. So the financial plan is very much required in case you want to do the blogging full time.

Sonika:

What advice do you have for new bloggers?

Rajesh:

Blogging will test your patience. Be patient to be successful in blogging.

Who is your favorite blogger and why?:

Rajesh:

3 times World Sudoku Champion and 1 time World Puzzle Champion Thomas Synder is my favourite blogger as he continuously publishing great content on his blog – GM Puzzles
