Anupam:

My name is Anupam Karan, a blogger from Kolkata, WestBengal, India. Now, I am going to share with you my personal experience behind starting my LifestyleSimplify blog. Gathering knowledge by deep researching on any topic over the internet was my passion since my student life. After my BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) graduation, I felt that every people have some lifestyle-related same problem.

And nowadays, time is limited to everyone after their 9-5 job life. That time most interesting word was a blog, which is now just floating around the internet. So, I think that why not made a blog for helping people and trying to make it a full-time carrier. Where i will deep research regarding the various topic and share the right information as well as my own experience through my blog, that’s why I start my blog. Here my passion turns into a career aim.

Sonika:

What made you start your own blog? Tell us your story behind it.

Anupam:

Yes!! Blogging increases my happiness!! It focuses on passion and makes me feel great, waking up and talking about what I am passionate about. It’s a great way to burst stories and keep people enlightened. The more research about passion, the more PRO one becomes. And as a PRO, it will help to gain more income from the blogging venture.

Blogging helps me to connect with thousands of people to build my personal blogging brand and increase my followers and visitors and ultimately results in more success. Blogging allows me to discuss concerns or issues that I am going through in my life. Yes, I am a much happier person since I started blogging! The blog acts as a feeling of satisfaction. It feels fabulous to influence the world in a positive way. Last but not least, it increases my income month after month.

In my opinion, blogging is one of the best works that one can take on for happiness. It helps to connect with other people, will boost your Self-Esteem and Confidence level. And will make you feel valued, appreciated, and confident. Ever since I started blogging, I have become the smartest person in my friend zone. Oh yes!!! You can certainly make money blogging with multiple ways for full-time income through your blog.

Sonika:

What makes you happiest as a blogger?

Anupam:

Blogging is becoming harder as days pass by and I can prominently feel that heat. Five years ago, it was very easy to publish an article with a focused keyword, to get a good rank on the search engine. But now, it is tough due to the ever-increasing competition.

So, currently focusing on creating quality content to get ranked because Google started analyzing the content more effectively after core update 2020.

At the moment, I not accepting any guest post, but I will accept guest posts soon. Free or paid, I have not decided yet because the maximum guest poster does guest posts for getting backlinks, not for providing useful quality content to readers. I have some future plans for my blog, like doing only authority blogging, make a new digital marketing niche site because I am a Digital Marketer too.

Sonika:

What are the future plans for your blog?

Sonika:

What was your biggest challenge as a blogger?

Anupam:

There are numerous challenges for bloggers, but one of the biggest challenges that I faced is rank my blog domain name on the search engine because my domain name is a widely common used word and hard to rank. I wish my blog comes on Google’s first page to get my page rank higher in Google rankings, and the second challenge was generating revenue from blogging.

Sonika:

How do you drive traffic to your blog?

Anupam:

My most users reach my content via google search engine, including google, bing, and some traffic reaches via social media like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.

Sonika:

If you started all over again, what mistake would you avoid?

Anupam:

A common mistake that I did when I was starting my blog is that I focus on creating numbers of a post. That posts are around 350 words. After 10-15 posts, I realized that I should start creating quality content with a minimum of 500+ words, and then my post position started to rank well. Another huge mistake that I made was not writing regularly.

Sonika:

What advice do you have for new bloggers?

Anupam:

I want to advise new bloggers that publish articles regularly or maintain your routine like if you publish a post on your blog every Sunday, then try to keep this routine and try to create a quality post with a minimum of 500+ words. Another thing is that new bloggers think that they will take AdSense approval on the blog and earn huge money. It’s the wrong mindset for beginners. You can’t believe, but I took six months to reach the first 100$ payment from Google AdSense, and then one month later, without any proper reason, my AdSense account was permanently disabled. It’s a secret that they don’t care about their small publishers.

That time I do not give up, trying to get brand collaboration, started affiliated, and then I understand that Adsense was just a penny source of income. There are many vast sources of income waiting. So, don’t run for Adsense because, without proper quality traffic, you can’t earn good revenue, and nowadays it’s hard to get web traffic who newly started a blog. Also, timely apply various content strategies for generated traffic to know which one working well for you. Remember: Passion will help you to kickstart, but the process will help you to be skilled.

Sonika:

Who is your favorite blogger and why?:

Anupam:

Harsh Agrawal and Neil Patel are my favorite bloggers.

Sonika:
